Are these safe for daily use?

The Intimate Wash is formulated for daily use. The Brightening Cream is designed for nightly application. We recommend a patch test 24 hours before first full use.

How do I patch test?

Apply a small amount to a discreet area such as the inner forearm and leave for 24 hours. If there is no redness, itching or irritation, you are fine to proceed. Stop using immediately if irritation develops.

Why is the cream for night-time use?

It contains actives that can increase sun sensitivity. Applying at night avoids that and gives the formula uninterrupted hours to work.

Can I use these while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please consult your doctor before using the Brightening Cream if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How soon will I see results?

Comfort and freshness are usually noticeable early. Changes in tone build gradually over several weeks of consistent use. Anyone promising overnight results is not being straight with you.

Are these medicated products?

No. They are cosmetic products for external use only. They do not treat infections or medical conditions. If you have symptoms that concern you, please see a doctor.

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Always. Plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or brand on the outside.

How fast do you dispatch?

Order before 3:00 PM and we dispatch the same day.

How long does delivery take?

3 to 4 days to major cities, 4 to 5 days everywhere else in Pakistan.

What does delivery cost?

Rs. 250 flat rate. The Complete Care Duo ships free, and paying in advance makes delivery free on any order.

What do I get for paying in advance?

Free delivery on any order, plus an extra 7% off the Complete Care Duo. Advance payment is arranged over WhatsApp, Message us and we will send you the account details and confirm your order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, nationwide. We confirm every COD order by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

Can I return a product?

Please inspect your parcel at the door before paying, if anything is wrong, refuse it and pay nothing. Because these are intimate hygiene products, we cannot accept returns once a parcel has been accepted. We will always replace or refund a wrong, damaged or defective item reported within 48 hours. Do you ship internationally?

Not at present. Nuvelle ships within Pakistan only.
