Same-day dispatch

Order before 3:00 PM and your parcel is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on a public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala): 3 to 4 days
• Everywhere else in Pakistan: 4 to 5 days

Delivery times run from dispatch. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan and do not currently ship internationally.

• Flat rate of Rs. 250 nationwide
• The Complete Care Duo ships free
• Pay in advance on WhatsApp and delivery is free on any order

Cash on Delivery

Available nationwide. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. We confirm every Cash on Delivery order by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch, so please keep your number reachable.

Please inspect your parcel before paying. If anything is wrong, refuse it at the door and pay nothing, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents or the brand, and the courier is not told what the parcel contains.
