Our privacy commitment

• We never sell or rent your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
• Your parcel is unbranded. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents or the sender, and couriers are not told what they are carrying.
• We do not publish customer names or order details anywhere, and we never use a review or photograph without asking you first.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and your email address if you provide one. We keep a record of what you ordered and when.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can help you properly.

Our website also sets basic cookies to remember what is in your cart, and we use website analytics to understand which pages people visit. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

What we never collect

We do not collect or store card numbers or banking credentials. Cash on Delivery means you pay the courier directly. If you choose to pay in advance, the transfer happens through your own bank or wallet app and we only see that the payment arrived.

We do not ask for medical information, and you should never send us any.

Why we need it

• To deliver your order and confirm it before dispatch
• To answer your questions and handle any problem with an order

Who we share it with

Only our delivery courier, and only what they need to deliver: your name, address and phone number. They are not told what the parcel contains.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed sale.
